Here’s brief look at the frontline at ICALABS:-

Vinod Rao

Vin Rao has over 16 years of management experience in the industry. The main force behind ICALABS Operations, Quality Assurance, and many key Client Relationships; he’s clocked over six years with Adventity Global Services (Now Sutherland Global Services), where he held key operational management positions. He started his career with Hughes Telecom.

Vin obtained his Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mumbai and is one of the founding members of ICALABS.

Parag Sankhe

Parag’s experience boasts of 5 rich years in the Pharmaceutical Retail and manufacturing industry, later with over 18 years of experience in system, project and resource administration.

A Microsoft and Brain Bench Certified Professional coupled with Business Management and Post Graduation in Customer Support Management from ITM (Mumbai) and the University of Nottingham. Parag serves as force behind the System Analysis, Business Administration & Implementation, Customer & Technical Support, Software Design and Application Development.

Pem Pazo

With over 13 years under his belt in a range of service providers which started with Motorola an electronics and telecom engineer and a project management professional from the University of Mumbai, Pem P has worked in key middle management roles at Adventity Global Services (Now Sutherland Global Services) for 7 years and 3 years in Business and Operational Transitions at Vodafone Australia (Now Tech Mahindra Business Solutions) before joining ICALABS.

Pem drives Business Development and Transitions with ICALABS and works closely with Vin Rao and Parag Sankhe in the day to day operations.
